You need to have a good office phone system for good communication. There are three varieties of phones that you can find – KSU-Less phones, PBX or Private Branch Extension and Key Systems.

If you have a small office where you need about ten extensions you can choose the KSU-Less phones. In case you need about forty extensions opt for the Key System Unit phones. Big offices which require more than forty extensions can use the PBX phones. PBX phones have small extension codes of three to four digits. You need to use phones which have the facility to record voice messages. This is very important in offices.

Your office phone should support call routing. If you have to transfer a call from your office phone to your cell phone, you must use an appropriate system. Also the voice quality of the phones must be of high definition. This is also known as wideband voice. Your business will benefit from a high definition voice quality phone.
